What’s preorder and how does it work?
To reduce waste, we only produce the exact amount of items sold during a pre-order campaign. Production kicks off once the campaign finishes, and typically takes between
3-4 weeks.

Can I buy cushion covers and pet beds separately?
Yes you can! Just select at purchase whether you just want the covers.

What will the pet beds cover fit?
All your sizing needs can be found here. You can purchase inserts at these recommended eco-friendly suppliers.

Where are your products made?
All our products are Australian made by local suppliers. We work with social enterprise organisations that hand sew our products. We use a local digital printer who use organic materials. The chunky cord fabric was sourced from China - unfortunately for the best quality and robust cord fabrics we had to go elsewhere. We hope that we can source similar here when it becomes available.

I want to send a gift.
Please note whether your purchase is a gift at checkout and we will make sure the gift is packaged properly. You will have an option to include a note. We will also provide the recipient with a receipt.

I can’t decide - do you do gift cards?
Yes we do! You can purchase them here. We do digital gift cards only and the gift card will be safely delivered to your recipient’s email inbox.

How do I clean my purchase?
Our digitally printed bed range is designed to be water repellant, stain repellant, anti bacterial, anti fungal & anti microbial. This means that they will resist some accidents. But if is allowed to sit and soak through to the interior, you can easily wash both the cover and the inner cushion with the washing directions.
