within australia

We ship with Australia Post or courier service as a standard domestic tracked delivery.

Due to unaffordable delivery rates for our medium and large pet beds with inserts, we cannot offer interstate and rural Victoria delivery at this time. We do apologise - we are a small starter business and it would cost us the same price as making them.

However, we can send extra small and small pet beds and all cover sizes to our interstate and rural friends.

We offer flat rate shipping of $15 for orders under $250.

Shipping times range from 2 - 5 days depending on your location. We will send you an order confirmation and a follow up confirmation that your item has been shipped.

We pack and ship Tuesdays.

returns

You are entitled to a return within 14 days of your purchase. Outside of 14 days of receipt, we cannot offer you a refund.

  1. Email winnieandoslo@gmail.com within your intention to return your item, strictly within 24 hours of delivery of your order. Please include your order number, and whether you wish to exchange, credit or refund.

  2. Our online team will provide you with postal instructions and a Returns Authorisation number (RA#), which must be included with your returned item, written on the original paperwork.
    Do not post your order back to us before receiving your RA# number, as it will not be accepted.

  3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. We are not liable for any returned items that are lost in the post or damaged. We strongly advise customers to send the return via a traceable delivery method and keep record of your tracking number.

  4. Refunds will be paid using the original payment method as soon as we receive your item.

We do not deliver internationally at this stage.
We hope to do this once we get our operations up and running.

However drop us an email if you’d like to arrange international delivery and we can see what we can do. In the meantime, keep in touch via socials or our newsletter for when we can post overseas.

exchanges

If you have a change of mind you can exchange your item within
14 days.

Exchanges can be made on an item of the same price or less, with the difference given as a voucher that can be redeemed within
12 months.

Faulty item? If you believe the item you received to be faulty, please email winnieandoslo@gmail.com with photos attached to receive instructions on how to proceed.

Items that have been damaged through misuse such as not following the care instructions correctly will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

If a fault is found, your item will be repaired, replaced or refunded on a case by case basis. In the event your item has been deemed as not faulty, the item will be returned to you.  

We follow the ACCC guidelines in regards to this and reserve the right to repair if possible.
